WP4.1 is dedicated to Policy Analysis, more specifically:

• Analysis of policy documents to better understand different policies that support sustainable and organic food systems
• Identify diversity in policy interventions to favour sustainable resource efficient food production, distribution and consumption across the participating countries and at different levels (national, regional and local)
• Comparative analysis of the different policy interventions governments have taken to support sustainable and organic food systems over the most recent years at different levels (national, regional and local) in the participating countries.

The first report is dedicated to a comparative desk research in the five country analazyed, while the second builds on interviews with key informants in each of the five countries.
